Not my usual supermarket however the shelves were full. Staff helpful. Prices reasonable. Plenty of checkouts either help yourself or staffed.

Very disappointed, arrived at the fish counter at 0915 -09h20 and told the fish and butcher counter isn't open till after 10am? I asked why and the fella said he waiting for stock to arrive, but they had fresh fish of display, he then reluctantly went behind the counter without washing his hands and served me the fish. I then asked him if he could cut up a whole shoulder of lamb into pieces for me and he said no as they don't have a meat saw. (but they have done this for me in the past) in other words, Computer says no! shame because I used to get a great service but this has put me off traveling from locks bottom to the fresh fish and meat counter.

Very easily accessible underground car park with lift to main shop. Central location with free car parking if visiting Morrisons. Large selection of food at competitive prices. I’m a huge fan of their Sparkling Perry drink, which is always well stocked here!

Rudest and most unhelpful staff I have ever met. Staff dont have basic training on how transactions should work and customer service skills. Avoid at all costs aldi is the way yo go

We purchased lettuce from this store and it had a caterpillar in it. No apologies instead staff told us off for not washing it.

I've been a customer for a long time, however what happened today convinced me to leave this review. I purchased a pack of seedless black grapes with 'Display Until' of 24th September (i.e. 4 days from today). After I washed few of them from the top of the pack and gave them to my 3 little children, I noticed some visible signs of white mould in the middle/bottom part of the pack. Unfortunately my little ones had already eaten couple of them by the time. I called customer service to report this and despite being a loyal customer spending a significant amount on a weekly basis, I was offered the ridiculous amount of £5 as a goodwill gesture, which is completely inadequate for what happened here.

the staff are very helpful and there are a few keen price offers, they have moved stock around so it took longer to find what I wanted, they seem to be better stocked up,
